Scott did a great job for me. Even being out of state he took care of all the details even above and beyond his responsibility. He listed my house and I was under contract in a month and closed the end of the month after. he also was knowledgeable and provided help with contracting workers for specific issues that arose. He always had papers and background info ready on each house we came too with highlighted features that he'd know we'd be concerned about for each property and give us his honest opinions. Scott was fantastic in helping us find a second home in Florida.
